talk to one my friend in canada recently... have some interesting talk regarding the economics and health issue that is occuring in the western world...

i touch the "swine flu" or commonly known as influenza A H1Ni... he asked if i have done any research on this matter yet.. well, to be perfectly honest.. i did not as i do not have much time reading this flu thing... my friend continued by explaining the whole hype of the swine flu thing...

through his explanation, swine flu is actually a normal flu with a particular name.. person that got infected with the flu normally show normal flu symptom... nothing more and nothing less... thousand of ppl die from flu every year, just that this time round with the media coverage... the story got hype... in short... its flu season and its normal that we get flu... ppl in the country with 4 seasons... it's changing from winter to spring.. a sudden change in temperature normally causes flu as is such occurance are normally being called as the flu season.. ppl normally will get the flu shot to boast their immunity

all in all.. this is what he derieve from the whole media thing... it's a hype, nothing more.. nothing less.. it's just a normal flu with lots of media coverage to boast the pharmaceutical flu shot industry.. this happen nearly every year with the SARS, avian flu and etc.... not the type of pandemic that everyone thought it is...

it is very interesting how i did not see it from this point of view... i remember me studying about the whole avain flu thing when i was in the microbial disease class and how the lecturer taught us on this issue...

i don take the word as true but instead i take it as another point of view.. i always believe to keep an open mind is always the best option... u see and understand more of why event took place

talk to ms. red riding hood yesterday before the crab dinner... she had this talk with one of her friend and she mention this word... quote to quote... "i do not want to settle for second best"

good wording~!! honest i think women around the world should adapt to this mind set... why go for second best when u can settle for a better one.. now i'm not praising how grand or great i am but i like that idea. survival of the fittest. even in the nature... male animals go head to head with other male to win the female... in short.. the alpha male always win... just that in the human society... alpha male is unfortunately define from the female.. individually...

but then... all in all.. i believe all women also looking for the same thing... stability and a mature caring alpha male...

how important is self improvement... there's a constant need to study, motivate and improve oneself in order to stay or be the fittest... sometimes if u don't even believe in yourself, how do u expect others to believe in yourself.. same concept.. if u don't believe in the product that u r selling, how do u expect others to believe in the product that u r selling...
